Spelling

You're new here, so I'm going to explain something to you before you get into trouble.

On Wikipedia, we recognize that there is a difference between British spelling and American spelling. On articles about specifically British topics (such as London or Margaret Thatcher), we use British Spelling. On specifically American articles (such as Chicago or Bill Clinton), we use American spelling. Other English-speaking nations have their own spelling peculiarities, and we use them as appropriate. Your rude edits to United States and United States Air Force have been reverted, because they are incontrovertibly American topics. There is an entire section of Wikipedia's Manual of Style which is devoted to different varieties of English, and it specifically states that strong national ties and retaining existing spelling prohibit changing the spelling to one form or another. I would suggest that you thoroughly read the link I provided and abide by its guidelines, or you will likely find your editing career here at Wikipedia to be a short one, as you will be blocked for disruptive editing.
