I assume your User:Borehamwood residents in which case you need to see Wikipedia:Sock puppetry - Wikipedia has policies, if you have no intention of attempting to follow them please stop editing - If you actually want to create a new article see Wikipedia:Articles for creation and Wikipedia:Your first article and submit a new article.
