Rubaru Ishq Tha[edit]

Rubaro Ishq Tha The story revolves around Salwa and Almeer, who are in their last year in university and seem to like each other a lot. They have a mutual friend named Ayyan, who is a complete tomboy but somehow gets along with Almeer. Both Salwa and Almeer enjoy Ayyan’s company. However, things begin to change as Salwa and Almeer get married, and a love triangle surfaces, resulting in deaths and unjust imprisonment. Ayyan emerges as the story’s antagonist, as well as her brother Wahaj, who takes on a mission to fight for his sister’s happiness. The story is based on revenge, fate and regrets that encircles the lives of Salwa, Almeer and Ayyan. Will love win against all odds.

Rubaru Tha Ishq (lit:"Around were Love"), is a Romantic TV serial, directed by Furqan Khan and written by Amber Azhar under production house of TNI Productions. It will star Danish Taimoor, Ushna Shah and Sanam Chaudhry in lead roles.^[1] It is on aired from 22 June 2018 on Friday at 8:00 PST on Geo Entertainment.^[2]

It marks return of Sanam Chaudhry and Ali Abbas after their hit serial Ghar Titli Ka Par.Serial was initially titled as Aatish-e-Ishq but changed afterwards.It also marks appearance of legendary actors on small screen like Javed Shaikh and Ayub Khoso.

Serial was in the news even before its release due to its stellar cast and intense promos. The first episode of the serial outshine all other serials and gain 3.8 Trp by leading the slot. It was also appreciated on YouTube and its first episode got half a million views within 2 days. The character of Sanam Chaudhry (Ayaan) was liked and appreciated. "Rubaru Ishq Tha begins with Sanam Chaudhry Shinning bright as the tomboyish Ayaan" reviewed Hip In Pakistan.^[3]
