The "Legacy" section is like the conclusion to an essay. Also some tone edits needed; for instance, saying "reportedly" is a weasel-word that can be interpreted negatively. The bullet points in the "International VAT fraud cases" either need to be made proper bullet points, or converted into prose (the latter is better).
