Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Barman.9900, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not yet been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged and update any applicable "Retrieved" or "Updated as of" dates, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. As well, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.
If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide to getting started with referencing or the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. New contributors are always welcome. You don't even need to log in (although there are many reasons why you might want to). If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or you can type {{helpme}}
on your user page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 05:29, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Jeff G.. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page Tamilisai Soundarrajan because it seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thanks. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 05:30, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
Stop reverting on Tamilisai Soundarrajan
[edit]We have kept writing in the edit summary that Wikipedia is not a place to put up a CV. Things have to be referenced by reliable sources. There are many things that are just not noteworthy to put up. What countries she has visited or some of her political qualifications. Please take time time. Go slow. Only write what can be referenced. Keep things neutral and not write like her campaign chairman. Continuing to revert will result in blocks and the article clamped down where nobody can edit it. Bgwhite (talk) 05:43, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Tamilisai Soundarrajan with this edit. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links may include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 05:51, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at Tamilisai Soundarrajan. Your edits have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. Bgwhite (talk) 05:52, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Tamilisai Soundarrajan, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 06:01, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Bgwhite (talk) 06:28, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
