It is worth making a second effort on the draft. The subject is notable, so Wikipedia should have an article about him. The first source is fine, but after that there are problems:

The second paragraph cites no source(s).
There's no reason to explicitly cite inline Biegański's book as evidence that Biegański wrote it. Anyone can verify the authorship of a book by looking at the title page, no citation is needed.
It isn't clear what "Sętowski 2013" is (a book, a journal article, a TV program, ... ?) or why it is used as a citation where it is.
"Polskie Towarzystwo Lekarskie" verifies that there is a "Polish Medical Association" and that it has a "Section of the Methodology of Medical Sciences", but doesn't say that the section or the Medical Society of Częstochowa studies Biegański's work, which is the statement that needs verification.

Remove sources 2, 3, and 4. Use the further reading, reuse the first source, and/or find other sources to support the second and last paragraphs. If you are fluent in Polish, you may be able to use one of the works about Biegański listed in WorldCat.
