Well, I'm not familiar with Mad Raggety and I searched for any good sources but found none (it's also because I'm not from Nepal) so I would strongly suggest adding better sources such as news and magazine coverage. Websites such as ReverbNation, Facebook and YouTube are not good for establishing notability and the article doesn't fully elaborate his career details. If sources aren't found and he's not notable, the article is vulnerable to being deleted. To learn more about editing, visit the welcome links above.
