The Charles H. Cecil Studios is not a perfect article but at least it lists a couple of sources about the school that are independent and reliable. The sources for your article do not seem to be either independent or reliable. The best way to prove The Florence Art Studio is widely known and important enough for Wikipedia would be to find some newspaper/magazine articles or books that talk about the Studio.
