Welcome![edit]

Hello, Bringbag, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent contributions seem to be advertising or for promotional purposes. Wikipedia does not allow advertising. For more information on this, please see:

If you still have questions, there is a new contributors' help page, or you can click here to ask a question on your talk page. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia:

I hope you enjoy editing Wikipedia! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Politanvm talk 00:46, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bringbag, to elaborate on my above message, your edits look like promoting the Cleveland Review of Books. Please don't use Wikipedia to promote a blog, particularly if you have a conflict of interest with the site. Best, Politanvm talk 00:54, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

March 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, Bringbag. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Kristen Stewart, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. KyleJoantalk 04:31, 9 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I do not have a COI with what I wrote about on Kristen Stewart's page. Why did you flag my work on Wiki as such? Bringbag (talk) 04:36, 9 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ANI notice[edit]

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. KyleJoantalk 04:45, 9 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

March 2022 II[edit]

Hi, Bringbag. I see at WP:ANI that the editor above, KyleJoan, has noted further activities by you which appear to promote Brianna Di Monda, namely here: [1][2][3][4][5]. You have denied having a conflict of interest in relation to your Kristen Stewart edit. That might be plausible on its own; but it beggars belief that all your other references to work by Brianna Di Monda in different contexts are one huge coincidence. Do you have anything to say about that? If not, you may expect to be blocked for undeclared conflict of interest and likely undeclared violations of WP:PAID. Wikipedia is not for advertising. Please respond either below or on WP:ANI. Bishonen | tålk 11:01, 9 March 2022 (UTC).[reply]

PS. You were warned about promoting the Cleveland Review of Books in December, and then had the whole COI thing explained to you with lots of links to our policies and guidelines, so I guess you're well aware of Wikipedia's rules in the matter. Checking out the Cleveland Review of Books now, from interest, I see Brianna Di Monda is a "contributing editor" to it.[6] Do you have any comment on that huge coincidence? Bishonen | tålk 14:43, 9 March 2022 (UTC).[reply]
After I discovered that your promotion of the Cleveland Review of Books is also linked to promoting Brianna Di Monda, there seems little point in waiting for you to explain, because I don't see how your abuse of a volunteer project can be credibly explained. You have been blocked indefinitely. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
