Template:2023–24 Bundesliga table[edit]

Hey, please remember that if you change the links to a specific article (e.g. 2024–25 UEFA Conference League#Play-off) it won't work as it's named "Play-off round" in the article. Same for the relegation playoffs, i fixed it for you. As you have been reverted on multiple articles, it may need discussion before and not just re-doing those edits. Kante4 (talk) 16:42, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You again broke the link to the relegation playoffs in the bundesliga table. Please stop doing that. Kante4 (talk) 19:52, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Absolute last warning - the next time you will just blindly revert this again, broke the links, remove "Qualification / Relegation" prefixes without any consensus and against Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/League season#Standings formatting, ignoring this warnings on the talk pages etc., you will be reported and almost certainly blocked. Snowflake91 (talk) 21:40, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Block this guy for good please MercedesBenz240 (talk) 20:12, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've reported him, but nothing happened because they said it is "content disupute", while it is cleraly vandalism without any consensus...will ask at WP:Football Snowflake91 (talk) 20:26, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

In the month since you opened this account, you have received several warnings and other communications on this very page, none of which you appear to have responded to. One of those even asks that you be blocked. You do not appear to have edited any talk page. Meanwhile about 99 percent of your edits were reverted.

You admit below that you "accidentally caused some links to be broken" ... I love that use of the passive exonerative. Like a driver saying that they accidentally caused some pedestrians to be injured. Seriously, did it perhaps occur to you that maybe after that happened, it might not be a bad idea to use the talk page and say "I'm sorry ... how I can keep this from happening again?" No, because if it had you'd have done it.

After all these reverts, after all these "vicious" people accusing you of "vandalism", after the complaints and warnings above this notice, you get blocked ... and then, only then, do you deign to use this page to ... request unblock.

You didn't get just a hint and a half. You got a hundred hints and a half. And you were blocked for only 72 hours ... believe me when I say that GiantSnowman was being rather generous compared to some other admins, myself included. You are lucky you weren't blocked indefinitely. I would suggest that you just sit this block out and reflect on the errors of your ways. Because when it expires, if the attitude demonstrated under your polite tone is any indication, you are going to be right back here again unless you learn in a big hurry to play well with others. And if your response to that will be to say that that's just how you are and we're all going to have to get used to it, well, you will be back here real soon appealing an indefinite block for as long as we let you use this page. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:02, 21 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I mean no harm. I made small edits to eliminate Redundancy, as the category header already states it's about qualification or relegation. It is not necessary to state this again in the body of the category. Stating "Champions League" or "Champions League First qualifying round" is perfectly clear in conjunction with the category header. Because I am new to this, I accidentally caused some links to be broken. After realizing what I had done, I reduced my editing to the redundant and inefficient text in hopes of improving the aesthetics in viewing the tables. Some users posted nasty messages on my alerts, claiming I am "vandalizing" their stuff. I mistakenly thought this site is for everyone to use and edit faithfully. I did not respond to their viciousness, nor ever edit anything inappropriately in an offensive fashion. Why treat a new user like this? I like soccer and enjoy looking at the various tables/information of the leagues and tournaments. I decided to try and make a small improvement on the efficiency/redundancy/grammar to help others better enjoy viewing. For this "grave" offense, I am attacked and blocked. I guess if people don't do things "your" way, it's a stern brow-beating then block from editing. Thank you for the warm welcome. I apologize for "vandalizing" "your" site.

Personal attacks, my foot. Nothing but personal attacks from other users and wiki admin bullies. Do as you as say, not as you do. What a bunch of sick people. Good riddance.

It appears you are no longer interested in being unblocked. If you are, insulting the people you are asking to unblock you is never a good strategy. 331dot (talk) 15:05, 23 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
