Request reason:

I understand my posts appear to be promotions, and I will correct this. I do believe I have novel and interesting information to contribute, which is not available elsewhere on wikipedia, and which is not out of line with pre-existing contributions. I am not compensated for posting and I am willing to use a personal login in the future, which includes my first name. I am also willing to remove any/all references to external URLs upon request, though I believe these citations are useful, and in line with existing content.
