I assume you are talking about the reversion I made to the article The Church? As the article clearly states, it is about an Australian rock band. You had redirected this page to Christian Church, which is unrelated to this article. You may have done this with good faith (and not vandalism), but as the edit was wrong I have reverted it. refrain from making inappropriate reverts

Please refrain from making inappropriate reverts to Wikipedia, as you did to Stiff-tailed duck. That edit was not vandalism. That one kind of duck really does have the longest penis. If so, give those reliable sources in the article. Your edit appears to be vandalism, and that's why it was reverted. When making edits like that please be sure to give references. Thank you for fixing Stiff-tailed duck. The main duck article also needs help. It should mention the long corkscrew genitalia. The article is locked. Even the talk page is rife with reversions. I put my suggested additions there. That is as much as I can do as an anon. If you are brave and motivated, please fix the main article as you think appropriate.

It also seems peculiar that ClueBot deems the word "penis" an obscenity. Can you do anything about this?

Cluebot is an automated tool and it cannot determine whether an edit is vandalism or not by looking at the 'idea' of that edit or explanations. 'Penis' is a commonly used word in vandalism edits, and that is probably why Cluebot has determined this to be vandalism. I'm not sure how it works, but I assume it looks for such commonly used words and phrases and reverts them. If you want you can report about your reverted edit here. Please read Wikipedia:V#Burden_of_evidence

Please read this section of the relevant policy. This is a binding policy for all material on Wikipedia. No editor is under any obligation to first tag material before removing it, and I'm quoting: The burden of evidence lies with the editor who adds or restores material. As you wish to restore the material you're required to provide a citation which satisfies that material. Please do not blindly revert changes. In addition to reverting the uncited material you restored material which I pointed out was not relevant to the article. The criticism about the difficulties foreigners have in purchasing acorns needs to be attributed to a reliable source. That has been there for an extremely long time uncited. All quotations and any material challenged or likely to be challenged should be attributed to a reliable, published source using an inline citation. As well as Any material lacking a reliable source may be removed, but editors may object if you remove material without giving them sufficient time to provide references.. I'm under no obligation to provide any time to find a source before first removing it. You're free to object, but that particular information has been there long enough that if someone were interested in providing a source for it they could have. As well the material isn't lost. If there truly is a reliable source criticizing cyworld for this particular behavior you're free to restore it if and when you find a citation. As well from the policy Do not leave unsourced or poorly sourced information that may damage the reputation of living persons or organizations in articles and do not move it to the talk page This is the only real criticism provided on the page which would seem to imply that it is some great criticism and given a lot of weight. Some people could get the wrong impression. As well since it is unsourced you might want to have a look at Wikipedia:NPOV#Undue_weight. As well from WP:V and Jimmy Wales, his quote of I can NOT emphasize this enough. There seems to be a terrible bias among some editors that some sort of random speculative 'I heard it somewhere' pseudo information is to be tagged with a 'needs a cite' tag. Wrong. It should be removed, aggressively, unless it can be sourced. This is true of all information,. This "criticism" has the air of someone hearing it on a forum, blog, etc. To be honest it is extremely unlikely that any reliable source has actually covered this particular criticism of the website and a citation will likely never be found. As well you also reverted my removal of removal of USD dollars. This is an article about a Korean company which operates in Korea and operates in Korean won. The inclusion of USD is irrelevant to the article. Please see WP:MOS regarding writing articles about specific locations (e.g. using canadian dollars in canadian articles, british spelling in british articles, etc)--221.143.25.19 (talk) 02:28, 21 July 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the link. As you said, you're not under any obligation. But that does not mean you cannot discuss with the relevant user at least, as apparently that edit was made with good faith. It is obvious that your edit also was done assuming good faith and is not vandalism. But the US$ is a currency that is accepted and understood internationally, and there is nothing wrong with entering that in the article for clarification. Also the section 'Criticisms' doesn't seem to be POV or particularly against Cyworld, made to harm its reputation. The reference provided is also for the final line only, and not the whole section. Therefore I'm not convinced if your edit is justified and I'm sure that this could have been resolved by leaving a message on that user's talk page and discussing the matter, or simply leaving a {{fact}} tag. As I stated in my explanation to you it sounds like a user gripe from a forum, blog, personal conversation, etc I through an initial search I wasn't able to actually find a reliable sources complaining about this. The addition was also made by an IP who has only ever made that one edit. [2]. Attempting to contact this person would probably prove rather futile. As far as the US dollar being universally understood, you would be rather surprised at how few people outside North America and Eastern Europe are that familiar with the going exchange rate.--221.143.25.19 (talk) 14:15, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
Whether or not that piece of information is there, it won't make a huge difference to the article. You seem to know about the article's subject, but I don't. Maybe that's why it seems to you like that and to me as if it is OK. Therefore you're free to do as you see appropriate. I don't have a problem with that. I just expressed my doubts. Dude you seem to be upto sockpuppeteering again. You have been punished twice before and third time will be a permanent strike. I helped bring you down twice before from behind the scenes and don't worry I will ensure you get a perma ban if I have to. Don't think people can't notice. You seem to well versed in setting up stuff in wikipedia, seem to be able to add those fancy userboxes day three after your arrive. Doing a lot of the same things lahiru_k used to do. A little exceptional for a newbie don't you think ? It is indeed gratifying that you and your muslim sock see me in every Tamil editor here. I seem to be still haunting you and your incompetent lot. No wonder you lot need Banda standardization to get into university. he he he. If you think this account is a sockpuppet why don't you provide some evidence? If you have any such evidence to prove your claim you're welcome to report me and try to get me banned. Kind of a weird threat, coming from a user who forgot even to sign his message. I don't know anything about User:Lahiru_k except that he is a contributor to Sri Lanka related articles. The first time I saw him was when he posted a welcome message on my talk page the day I joined. About your accusation of adding userboxes, that's not advanced high tech stuff and I didn't find it hard to do after reading the articles and guidelines about it. Anyway I was contributing to wikipedia on a small scale even before I created my account, so I was a little learned about wikitext etc. Do you expect every newcomer to be an ignorant idiot? Also it is a bit weird you thinking that my account is a sockpuppet, because my contributions are mostly on reverting vandalism and not even remotely related to edits or discussions that support other users. There are some similarities between lahiru's userpage and mine, because I have made my shortcuts and layout in a way similar to his. But apart from that, there is nothing else. Actually, you had. Here is the edit, if you've forgotten. And seems like you're at it again, two more of your unconstructive edits on the same article have been reverted by another user. Please don't vandalise pages. Your edits are likely to be reverted as soon as they appear, and the only thing you can get from it is a ban from editing, sometimes even a permanent one. I mean, technically, can you prove that there's anything inaccurate in it? I certainly didn't intend for it to be malicious or to defame his character or anything. I just put in things that, according to me, were reasonable descriptions of him, albeit flattering ones, from a girlfriend's perspective.

I'm probably the second person to ever view the page, so where's the harm? I mean, he really does like to collect eeyore paraphenalia, and both of his cameras are, in fact, broken... if it's factual, however mundane it might be, what's wrong with it?

how'd you get my edits down so quickly? I'm guessing you use this thing called twinkle... but how does it monitor some random grad student's bio?

You may be his girlfriend and I understand now from your comments that you didn't mean any harm with your edit to that page. But that was another user's userpage, and at first glance your edits appear to be vandalism. I mean, what kind of a user would write on his userpage things like Both of his cameras are currently broken, and this makes him sad, Ashar wears traditional Indian pajamas, which heighten his appeal to women with an Indo-Fetish? Anybody reading these things will understand it as an attempt to embarrass him or just purposeless vandalism to his userpage. And take a look at Wikipedia:User page where you can get an idea about what can and can't be included in a userpage. This is an encyclopedia, and you can't put whatever you want even on your own userpage. "Your userpage is for anything that is compatible with the Wikipedia project.
