@Ponyo: I know the decision is not mine to make, but do you think we are going to need to do a check user on this guy? From looking at his edits and statements, he appears to have sockpuppet accounts that he is going to use to continue making his unconstructive edits. However, these might be just random threats to try and scare us, or they might actually be true. Also (this probably isn’t the best place to talk about it, but I’m pretty sure this guy also owns Imagine editing wlkipedia (they both talk about the Communist Manifesto and USSR officials on Utah Transit Authority, that user was blocked about a year ago, also by you.)
