Carrie Underwood
[edit]I have started a discussion at Talk:Carrie Underwood#Associated acts. Please join the discussion there.
As for your edit summary of "As Wikipedia states: "Other acts with which this act has collaborated, or on an album, or toured with". So, Keith U., Dolly P. and Rascal F. should be included too" You seem to, maybe on purpose, leave out relevant words that would make them not associated acts. From Template:Infobox musical artist it states: "Other acts with which this act has collaborated on multiple occasions, or on an album, or toured with as a single collaboration act playing together". (Bolding mine to emphasis the words you incorrectly left out of the quote.) Aspects (talk) 00:08, 12 December 2010 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into List of awards and nominations received by Carrie Underwood. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was moved, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 12:52, 26 June 2017 (UTC)

Discuss your changes per WP:BRD and WP:CONSENSUS. You are being unnecessarily specific. Also, you linked "week" to album-equivalent unit, and this meets the definition of an WP:EASTEREGG link because it's not what users would be expecting to find if they clicked on that link (and they most likely wouldn't anyway, considering basically every English speaker and those beyond know what "week" means, and it's not "album-equivalent unit"). Ss112 14:58, 25 September 2018 (UTC)
@Ss112, Okay, sorry for the linking/pages confusion. However, I am not being "unnecessarily specific" regarding the two different achievements. Billboard stated that Cry Pretty had both the biggest week (which is in units, or "album-equivalent unit", meaning sales and streaming) and sales week (which is just sales). That is two separate situations, as an album can have the biggest sales week, but not the biggest week - or vice versa. Can you see the difference? Cry Pretty achieved both feats. That is why it should be stated on the page, and I hope you agree with that.

[edit]Hi ChrisBS! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Ludwig Göransson that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Archer1234 (talk) 03:47, 4 November 2022 (UTC)
- Oh, sorry. I meant "minor", as in it clearly didn't change the meaning of the article. I only modified the structure of the text, not its meaning. But OK, thanks for the heads up. ChrisBS (talk) 03:51, 4 November 2022 (UTC)
