Hi, I think we are still some way off. What you have written is not a third-person encyclopaedia article, but a first person opinion piece. Although you give a reference, it is an academic paper with no on-line link, so we can't check whether it is supporting every point you make. It's also not an independent verifiable sources, needed to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. if your only reference is written by involved people, it doesn't indicate notability. I think you need specific in-line references to independent sources to support what look to me to be statements of opinion rather than fact. Eg have been used in a wide variety of contexts to frame discussions and to inform the evaluation of practice... a set of democratic values about leadership and learning... they began to identify ‘principles for practice’ that would help to clarify and focus attention on the transformations in learning and leadership that were beginning to take place... The most significant outcome of the project... These five principles are dynamically interrelated, with dialogue forming the connections, a focus on learning and shared leadership mediated by conditions for learning, and all framed by the fifth principle of accountability. ‘A focus on learning’ is quite deliberately placed first because it can be considered as the prime principle, reflecting a commitment to making learning the number one priority – the core of Leadership for Learning. Each headline principle is elaborated through sub-principles that amplify and illustrate... and so on...
At present, the lack of independent sources, the non-encyclopaedic first-person tone, and lack of facts mean it is likely that it would be deleted again.
