November 2008[edit]

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Talk:As the Bell Rings. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. -- IRP 01:04, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I'm the user DanieleDF1995 from Italian Wikipedia. I reply your message in my talk page. I'm sorry, but I do not understand very good the English. --79.30.230.138 (talk) 05:50, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Giratina and the Sky Warrior.PNG)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Giratina and the Sky Warrior.PNG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:11, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

January 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to List of The Suite Life on Deck episodes, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. AussieLegend (talk) 10:55, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The above has nothing to do with being a newbie, although I note that you only have 164 edits. It is a standard level 1 warning. See here for more details on the different levels. --AussieLegend (talk) 12:20, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Platinum/Platina[edit]

In Pokemon Adventures, the girls name is Platinum. Her name in Japan is spelled プラチナ, which is purachina. This is unaccurately misspelled as Platina and is, in actuallity, Platinum. And it can be assumed that they would name her Platinum to correspond with the naming characters after the games. --Ryu-chan (Talk | Contributions) 17:01, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Another example is the romanji for Pokemon Platinum, where in Japan, it's known as Pocket Monsters Platinum. The romanji is Poketto Monsutā Purachina. If you don't believe me, check it's article yourself. --Ryu-chan (Talk | Contributions) 17:38, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Not to but in, but the romanization is accepted on serebii.net. and bulbapedia. Due to the fact the the チ is the only "i" form of the t characters, it can be interpreted as "ti". Please do not concern my talk page with this matter. I am simply adding information, not arguing. Thank you. --VaderRacer 00:17, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: EL undo[edit]

Generally I've found that adding other wikis, especially non-notable ones that haven't gotten any secondary coverage in reliable third-party sources, shouldn't be added as ELs.-- 06:51, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi[edit]

Idk if this is against WP policy, but I would like to say hi. Your userboxes are excessive. We shall never speak of this moment again. --Brandon5485 22:22, 7 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

September 2014[edit]

Information icon Hi there! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Jessica Jung does not have an edit summary. Please make sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

The edit summary appears in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Rockysmile11 (talk) 05:22, 30 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Sulli[edit]

Until an official statement has been confirmed by SM or Sulli (or lawyers, if applicable), please refrain from making Sulli a FORMER member of F(x) on Wikipedia. It's NOT our job to determine whether/not Sulli is a member of F(x) at this time. Thanks. Tibbydibby (talk) 03:17, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Yummy Food listed at Redirects for discussion[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Yummy Food. Since you had some involvement with the Yummy Food redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. -- Tavix (talk) 01:40, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
