I have not edited Wikipedia for a long time. I wanted to edit my user talk page and post unblock request there, but the page is protected and I can't edit that. I don't have any access to, any of my old accounts as I forgot password and also the linked email which I don't use now..

I will not repeat the behaviour for which I was blocked, but I can't edit like an experienced editor as I am out of touch from editing Wikipedia. I will edit only mainspace articles in the beginning.

If any Administrator consults check user, then I don't want to be responsible for any other user using same ISP and staying in same city, many times completely different user like this was blocked as my sock by Mike V.

Example - User:HaRsHiT00 He was confirmed by Mike V as my sock, even though he was a different editor.

I am not only indefinitely blocked but also a banned editor.

Since you don't have access to your other accounts any more and wouldn't be using those, you can appeal the ban (and, by extension, block) right here. It will be posted to the relevant noticeboard (most likely WP:AN). # Fatima Begum from downtown is technically Possible to CosmicEmperor. To connect the account to CE purely because they may use the same IP ranges is insufficient. There needs to be behavioral diffs comparing Fatima to previously blocked named accounts, and in this instance that would be very hard given that Fatima has made only one edit. The amount of activity on these ranges is significant and the number of blocked socks on these ranges is proportionally substantial. Yet, most of those socks are CU-blocked without tags, including several by me, because of the inability to connect them persuasively to a specific master. Dlohcierekim, I blocked the account yesterday as an admitted sock, but since he says he has lost access to all previous accounts and only used this one to request an unblock (respective unban), I don't think that should be held against him. I want to tell Yamla and other editors that I was first blocked on 24th June 2015 for personal attacks and harassment.

I will never make any offensive comment, related to another user's gender, real life identity, again.
