Please familiarize yourself with the proper use of the parameter |name= in infoboxes. In the case of your repeated edits at Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, that's Template:Infobox writer where it says: "Insert name of the person. Use the common name, typically name of article. If omitted it defaults to the name of the article". FYI, the parameter where Goethe's bürgerlicher name is mentioned is |birth_name=. The bold headword also uses the subject's commonly used name, as shown in the article title. The finer points of ennoblement and other name changes are to be covered in the article.
