Hello, I am re-requesting an unblock. The reasons I am requesting are: 1. I did not fully understand the rules when I made that edit. 2. I honestly will not do it again. If I want to experiment I will (if I'm unblocked) use the sandbox. And 3. It really bothers me when I see a vandalized page and I really want to edit it, but then I realize I am blocked.
