Welcome![edit]

Hello, David loye, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I notice that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or any other editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One firm rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. Riane Eisler[edit]

If you could focus on adding sources to support the material rather than removing them, it would help greatly. Viriditas (talk) 02:30, 24 December 2012 (UTC)

David loye, you are invited to the Teahouse[edit]

Hello Viriditas. I haven't heard from you so I am following up. I am a novice at Wikipedia so I hope I am following the correct protocol to get in touch with you. Please let me hear. Thank you.

Dear Editor,

As suggested by Odysseus1479 on Dec 29, 2012, I have pasted my proposed edits into my sandbox. I request that you please look at them and tell me if there is anything not acceptable. As I wrote previously, the existing contains inaccurate information and is in dire need of updating. There was an issue of conflict of interest and I do have a connection with Riane Eisler but this is why I know her work and can contribute accurate information.

Thank you so much. I look forward to hearing from you.

I have left a note on Viriditas's talk page to come here. -- Patchy1 REF THIS BLP 00:39, 6 February 2013 (UTC)
Thanks. David, next time remember to provide a link to the page you want other editors to review. In this case, you are referring to User:David loye/sandbox. I'll take a look, but I believe Doug Weller and Odysseus are the ones who expressed concerns so they should have a look as well. Viriditas (talk) 05:24, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
David, have you added inline citations (at least one per paragraph)? There needs to be a way for editors to check the content against the references. Viriditas (talk) 05:26, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
