Status and Advice
[edit]As reviewing administrator, I declined to delete the article on Robert Joseph Greene, but sent it for AfD to get a community decision. My own guess is that the most likely notability will be because of the censorship controversy about This High School has Closets While checking, I also noticed the GTG, above, and listed it similarly. I recognize he limitation of judging by library holdings; the best way to defend these articles would be with reviews of the books. There are lots of Reliable places where they might be published. [edit]Cirt, I don't know how to send you a private message. I see you trying to be fair and supportive when others are not. I feel that I am before an audience that makes LGBT community work twice as hard to keep their materials on Wikipedia. In my opinion, it's a flawed system at best that skews towards a majority. However, you are (to me) the only ray of sunshine is all of this terrible experience. You may delete this if you wish but I just didn't want you to walk away not knowing that all the good karma that you do here doesn't go unoticed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Desaderal (talk • contribs)

I just wanted to let you know that I and another person have responded to your question at the village pump permalink We would like to encourage you to bring your concerns to others by posting them at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Editor Retention and also at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject LGBT studies.
