Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Lisa Krohn requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Hello, Designatrix,
The article about you was deleted through one of our deletion processes called Proposed deletion. We frequently remove links from articles that are deleted so that there are not unnecessary red links but your name should not have been removed from those award pages, just the link to the deleted page.
However, it appears that your only purpose on Wikipedia is to promote yourself. That is not permitted, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not an advertising platform. If you would like to contribute your knowledge and help improve articles on other subjects, I encourage you to read over guide to appealing blocks and make an unblock request, stating which articles you would like to work on. We can always use more volunteers who are willing to donate their time to helping build up this massive educational project. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 19:18, 23 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Liz- thank you much for your explanation. I understand and highly value Wikipedia- support its objectivity and the integrity and accuracy of the entries. Thank you for your service to that effect. I would never want my work to be listed for self promotion. I have done work in my career which has been noteworthy both for the field of design and because theer have been many fewer women of note in the field. I get a good number of students researching this work. I would like to enumerate the projects and include links and images- as well as accurate written explanation by way of advancing the historical record. If the previous listing was incorrect or formatted in a way which was not up to the Wikipedia standards, I would be glad to update and correct that. I also would be most grateful to you for assisting me in removing the block on my access to editing pages and communicating on Wikipedia. I am a university professor and have great respect for archives such as Wikipedia and hope you understand that I am not attempting to subvert the platform for my own advancement. Thank you for your service and for considering my requests. Designatrix (talk) 04:59, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
