Adolf Hitler[edit]

Sorry, one fringe book putting forward a contested theory does not make it not Ludwig Wittgenstein. We would require a reliable source for that. --Rodhullandemu 16:03, 18 June 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for your email. I have looked into this now, and am of opinion that the evidence that the boy indicated is LW is strong but not conclusive. Therefore, despite the labelling, we should not express certainty and I've therefore (mostly) restored your caption. Sorry for my error but I'm usually in a hurry around here. --Rodhullandemu 12:54, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

iconic virus?[edit]

In an edit made on the Tasmanian Devil page, you stated that it was to Remove 'iconic' virus. What was that in reference to? Banaticus (talk) 08:26, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Apropos of nothing[edit]

Don't ask me to explain how but I happened across this edit of yours. I love how not only was it cited, but the author of the source actually thought there was enough confusion about the construction of a ham sandwich to write instructions in the first place. Khaled al-Asaad[edit]

He was 83 not 81 per this obituary. Quis separabit? 23:08, 2 September 2015 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
