Mohammed Alim Razm[edit]
I've declined the CSD tag on this article for now, as holding two ministerial posts (and at a relatively notable time in Afghanistan's recent history) is at least an assertion of importance. The article remains unreferenced at the moment, and it's possible that there may be notability issues down the line - I can't claim any knowledge on what the criteria are for politicians these days - but you've at least got a bit more time to work on it.
