Hello Drbirdassistant. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, such as the edit you made to Draft:Warren Bird, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Note that a heavy list in a bibliography is meaningless. Choose the best examples and refer to a catalogue for the remainder. This is a page about your boss, not his shingle outside his office.

For a living person we have a high standard of referencing. Every substantive fact you assert, especially one that is susceptible to potential challenge, requires a citation with a reference that is about them, and is independent of them, and is in WP:RS, and is significant coverage. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact cited, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make this draft a clear acceptance (0.9 probability). Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the person is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today.

This is a heavy list to start with. I'm certain that there will be several iterations. Nite that editors here are assiduous in ensuring that articles are neutral and that special attention is given to the work of creating editors with a conflict of interest

Adding the various comments below to this, I can see about a month's worth of work here, perhaps a little less. I hope you can prove Bird to be notable, but the selection of references so far suggests Bird wants this article as a vanity piece. Please be assured and assure him that no vanity piece will happen.

You also need to be aware, m as does Bird, that articles are the property of Wikipedia and Wikipedians. As a paid editor, if it is accepted as anaticle, you may not edit it. This means that well referenced material if any that shows Bird in a negative light will be included by any editor in good standing in the future. Fiddle Faddle 18:11, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
