Please also note that it is customary to include reliable sources with your edits. Without these, we have no way to verify that what you are adding to an article is reliable. I realize that you are an ENT, it's in your user name, but Wikipedia does not rely on the word of expert because it's something we simply can't verify. I hope you'll take the time to read through some of the links I've posted on this page. They will help familiarize you with Wikipedia and its standards and practices.
