I'm fairly skeptical of the sources here and I'm gonna make the call to decline. The Dhaka Tribune article reads like a press release and is nearly identical to several other "articles."[1]. The first two pages of Google search results for this name did not yield one mention in any of the WP:RSP sources. Also, I can't find any evidence that Al Hasan Milad won the E&Y award except for in this article, [2] published by a website called "latestdigitals" that appears to be full of paid promotions. The fact that an article with this title has been deleted before does not inspire confidence.
