Speedy deletion nomination of Christopher Lance
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Christopher Lance, a page that you created, has been tagged for deletion. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It is unambiguous vandalism or an obvious hoax. (See section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please do not introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia; doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.
- It is an "attack page", and appears to be primarily intended to disparage or threaten its subject. This includes biographies of living people that are unsourced and entirely negative in tone. (See section G10 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks; attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of Frank Vickers
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Frank Vickers requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. • Gene93k (talk) 01:06, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
Frank Vickers nominated for deletion
[edit]Hello, EliteShadowHunter. The article Frank Vickers, which you created, has been nominated for deletion, and is being discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Frank Vickers. The main issue is the notability of Vickers, and the citation of sufficient reliable sources to establish this notability. I urge you, if you know of additional reliable sources, to cite them in the article, or at least list them on the talk page Talk:Frank Vickers. Once you have done so, please post to the deletion discussion and describe the sources you have found and cited. If you have any other relevant information, or any reasons that people should consider in the deletion discussion, please post them as well. Unless you or someone provides additional reliable sources, this article may well be deleted. DES (talk) 21:18, 10 October 2015 (UTC)

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks!Deb (talk) 08:37, 18 January 2016 (UTC)
MfD nomination of Draft:Lon Flexx
[edit]Draft:Lon Flexx, a page which you created or substantially contributed to (or which is in your userspace), has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Draft:Lon Flexx and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Draft:Lon Flexx during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Treated like dirt by administrators since 2006. (talk) 23:23, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
The file File:Lon Flexx In (1990).jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
This file is unused and questionably licensed (note the watermark of a gay pornography magazine/website).
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. gnu57 02:16, 8 December 2019 (UTC)
