Dear Theroadislong,
Thank you very much for information. However, I find it difficult to understand and accept. The thing is I represent EUAM Ukraine, namely Press & Public Information Office that creates and publishes ALL the content on euam-ukraine.eu web-site that you refer to. It is, as you are saying, quite disappointing and discouraging, as we are being prevented from using our own texts and photos on the Wikipedia.
Is there any way to be allowed to use contents from our web-site (referenced on the page that I am trying to create)?
Also, apparently, the page has been deleted now. Can it be undeleted to allow editing that you suggested? Thanks.--Euamppid (talk) 11:56, 24 May 2019 (UTC)

[edit]If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page, replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason for thinking that the block was an error, and publish the page. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 13:48, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
