If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Santa leja requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Zunraa (talk) 23:43, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Santa leja has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.myspace.com/SantaLeja.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 23:57, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Santa Leja has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the username you have chosen (FishmusikMedia) seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of a group, company or website.

There are two issues with this:

  1. It is possible that you have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, you must exercise great caution when editing on topics related to your organization.
  2. Your account cannot represent a group of people. You may wish to create a new account with a username that represents only you. Alternatively, you may consider changing your username to avoid giving the impression that your personal account is being used for promotional purposes.

Regardless of whether you change your name or create a new account, you are not exempted from the guidelines concerning editing where you have a conflict of interest. For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. The article in question is Santa Leja. Thank you.

Your addition to Santa Leja has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. VQuakr (talk) 00:34, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding your edit summary

[edit]

Us, label, does not apprecitiate you to change or take out, As you have done. First of all, let me remind you that you have a clear conflict of interest in regards to this article. Please read the associated policy I linked. Second of all, when you contribute information to Wikipedia, it is licensed under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license and the GFDL. This means that you give up specific legal rights, and that the text may be augmented, deleted, or modified at will by any other editor on Wikipedia. No editor here owns any article on Wikipedia. If you want absolute control and a soapbox to sing the praises of a musical artist who is in your label's stable of acts, then you need to be hosting your own website because Wikipedia is not the proper place for that. What I would suggest at this point is that you find news articles about Santa Leja, where she has received coverage in reliable secondary sources such as interviews or musical critiques, which would help to establish the notability of this artist. Otherwise you're headed for outright deletion, because Wikipedia has strict policies about the inclusion of notable subject matter. Good luck. Elizium23 (talk) 01:21, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Santa Leja do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.twitter.com/SantaLeja. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Santa Leja. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Thank you. WuhWuzDat 02:47, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Santa Leja. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. WuhWuzDat 02:47, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Santa Leja, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;

Regarding...

[edit]

...your comment in this edit summary: You may wish to read the text that has been immediately below the "SAVE PAGE", every time you have made an edit here. It reads, in part; "If you do not want your writing to be edited, used, and redistributed at will, then do not submit it here. " WuhWuzDat 02:55, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest explanation

[edit]

The conflict of interest has nothing to do with any interviews, it is between your company, and the artist you represent, and are attempting to advertise for....take the time to actually READ some of what the other editors here have attempted to explain to you, in the MANY messages posted above PLEASE. WuhWuzDat 03:00, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Santa Leja. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. «Golgofrinchian» ∞talk∞ 03:00, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop assuming ownership of articles. Doing so may lead to disruptive behavior such as edit wars and is a violation of policy, which may lead to your being blocked from editing Wikipedia. The Bushranger One ping only 03:04, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Account Name

[edit]

You will need to pick a new account name. Based on the artist you were trying to write an article about I found this: FISHMUSIK Global Media, headed by the renowned producer Sam “Fish” Fisher. Your username violates WP:U.  7  03:19, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, your account has been blocked; you are welcome to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.  7  03:20, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Fishmusik for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. WuhWuzDat 05:40, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
