I saw your message at the NCHP. I am afraid that that page is not the appropriate place to post a draft article. I have pasted the text into a user subpage for you at User:Fitzgemj/Jack Fitzgerald. You can work on it there and then ask for it to be reviewed before it is moved to the mainspace.
