In regards the first reason of the block, I allready post an unblock line asking username change since I ignored that new Wikipedia Police. But in regards the second reason I must appeal since the refered page is a LIST of radio stations. Removing a posted real life station arguing its spam and leting the other stations there is unfair and discrimonatory also against of Wikipedia rules. In fact you copy paste (which is very rough) a text where you say what and what is not Wikipedia refering to advertisement but according to that in all cases you should then remove the complete List which according to that could be also considered an ad itself.

Acoording to Yamla response which i am unable to reply in his talk page because he blocked me and according the data he/she refered me in order Sol Frecuencia Primera Radio station appear on that such page it should has a Wiki Page. OK FINE. But then ocurres that if me or other user create a Wikipedia page about Sol Frecuencia Primera Radio, then you will consider as spam or promotion. So then how can Sol Frecuencia Primera appear on that such list?

Since the two reassons argued to block my account had being set, these are: 1. Username (I request change, no answer yet) and the issue of the listing that it could imply to disucss in the talk board prior posting since there are many aspects to clear but polices had being understood: That Wikipedia List is only for pages not for links, and considering there is and there was no intention of any spam or vandalism I request the inmediate unblock of the account. I will be happy to respónd user Athony.bradbury and others but I cant because my blocking status dosent let me

In order to fulfill new Wikipedia rules, I changed the username used for over 10 years in Wikipedia. Hope this new username fit your taste in order my access could be unblocked. I understand that there are many accounts opened for malicious, vandalism usage or for good but in shared usage. Those is not the case of my account. I also considered unfair and unethic some user's here who try to qualify me as a person just because in 10 years of Wikipedia usage I have a very few editions. Precisely, due lot of abuses from abusive Wikipedia admins who hide their real identity I, as well as many wellintentioned users was unable to keep making editions. Finally, since all "reassons" argued to block my account are set, please unblock it in order I can make new editions and also reply directly to the users are here talking me.
