There has been a move to have it changed and it's currently changed to the lowercase version on most pages. It's because in the English language, there is no reason to capitalize "voted out" - it's not a title and it's not the first words of the line. We can't capitalize whatever we want because it looks good or looks bad. Gloss • talk 20:22, 27 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
