[edit]Hello, I'm TylerBurden. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Culture of Sweden, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. TylerBurden (talk) 21:08, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
- Hi, I’m new to editing and I am editing on an IPad so I really don’t know how to put citation. I got the information from the Swedish version of the articles and translated it to the English language. Could you help with it I just need to put the citations of the Swedish version on the English otherwise it’s correct. Gabbe-ame (talk) 21:32, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
- It looks like you managed to figure it out, there are also tools available such as https://citer.toolforge.org/ which fills in references for you when you enter the URL. TylerBurden (talk) 07:59, 31 July 2023 (UTC)
CS1 error on Paine, Chile
[edit]Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Paine, Chile, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
- A "bare URL and missing title" error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 10:55, 28 July 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hi Gabbe-ame! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Spanish Empire that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. TompaDompa (talk) 16:48, 27 January 2024 (UTC)
- Hi TompaDompaǃ I am quite new to the whole editing system and I thought Minor edit was more like a small tweak and change, so that’s why I marked it as a minor edit. My sincere apology. Thank you TompaDompa Gabbe-ame (talk) 17:15, 27 January 2024 (UTC)
- No worries. Many new editors intuitively think a minor edit is the opposite of a major edit and mark edits as minor that don't meet the Wikipedia-specific meaning of "minor edit". This is common enough for there to be a boilerplate message when people get this wrong (which is the message you got). I try to tell people about this early on when I come across so they don't keep making this mistake for a simple lack of awareness. TompaDompa (talk) 17:35, 27 January 2024 (UTC)
- Thanksǃ I’ll keep that in mind onwards. Gabbe-ame (talk) 17:41, 27 January 2024 (UTC)
