Request reason:

Hello Wikipedia, as you and I know, I have vandalized Wikipedia pages in the past, so you had to block me. I understand that and will promise from now on, I will only edit pages that Need Improvement, Need Corrections and Need Editing. GameDestroyer1172 (talk) 06:41, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This unblock request has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:

  • Familiarizing yourself with our basic rules.
  • Read our guide to improving articles.
  • Pick any pre-existing article you wish to improve.
  • If you have trouble choosing an article to improve, see this index of articles needing improvement for ideas. Once you have decided on the article you will propose improvements to:
    1. Click the Edit tab at the top of that article;
    2. Copy the portion of the prose from that article that you will be proposing changes to. However:
      • do not copy the "infobox" from the start of the article (i.e., markup like this: ...);
      • do not copy any image placement code (i.e., markup like this: );
      • do not copy the page's categories from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: );
      • do not copy the stub tag (if there) from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: Foo stub);
    3. Click edit at your talk page, and paste at the bottom under a new section header (like this: == Article title ==) the copied content but do not save yet;
    4. Place your cursor in the edit summary box and paste there an edit summary in the following form which specifies the name of the article you copied from and links to it (this is required for mandatory copyright attribution): "Copied content from exact Name of Article; see that article's history for attribution."
    5. You can now save the page. However, if your edits will include citations to reliable sources (which they should), add the following template to the end of your prose: reflist-talk. Once you have added the template, click Publish changes.
  • Now, edit that content. Propose significant and well researched improvements by editing the selected portion of the article. Please note that we are not looking for basic typo corrections, or small unreferenced additions; your edits should be substantial, and reflect relevant policies.
  • When you are done with your work, re-request unblocking and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
    • If we (including the original blocking admin) are convinced that your proposed edits will improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.

If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "your question here ~~~~" to your talk page. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 09:53, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the unblock template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

My Final option

[edit]

Wikipedia, I have read your guidelines and have come to the conclusion thaty block should be lifted. I promise on my entire account that will take responsibility upon my actions. GameDestroyer1172 (talk) 16:25, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I've offered you a pathway to being unblocked above. Are you explicitly declining to make use of it? You are free to decide that, but it will count against you in any future unblock request that you make. You must make a successful unblock request in order to be unblocked. 331dot (talk) 16:27, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

331dot, thank you for the reply and I promise that I will no longer use editing as a form of vandalism and a way to damage the enclopedia. GameDestroyer1172 (talk) 16:30, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Operation: Sky Fire

[edit]

Should we make a page for each Fortnite end event like Operation: Sky Fire?

Request reason:

Hello Wikipedia, I have read the community guidelines and have decided that my block was acceptable. However, I would like to be unblocked as I was only trying to have a joke around. I acknowledge that my actions were unacceptable. Please may I be unblocked as my block could be deemed as 'unfair'. I promise that I will no longer vandilize Wikipedia. GameDestroyer1172 (talk) 16:56, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You have been offered a pathway to being unblocked, but have not taken it. Also, saying your block is unfair counts against you. I am declining your request. PhilKnight (talk) 17:21, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hello Wikipedia, as you may know, my account has been blocked due to vandalism. I will take all of my part of the blame as I do understand; I vandalised Wikipedia. However, I would like my block lifted. In my previous request, I said that is was 'unfair'. However, I understand that saying that my block is unfair is just making the situation worse. I have read the community guidelines to Wikipedia and promise that from now onwards that I shall not vandilize Wikipedia. I have caused damage to the enclopedia that I now take back. This block is not an unfair block as it was deserved for my history of damage to the website.

Decline reason:

You were given a path to be unblocked and have rejected it. As you aren't willing or able to demonstrate you can be a constructive editor here and as all the evidence is that you have no intention of being constructive, this is the end of the line. If you change your mind, the instructions are above. Yamla (talk) 15:58, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hello Wikipedia, I am the owner of GameDestroyer1172. Recently, I was blocked from Wikipedia due to Vandalism. I will strongly take the fact that I damaged the enclopedia. However, I would like to have my block lifted. My reason is not to damage the enclopedia even more, causing a bad reputation for Wikipedia or wind people up at all. All I would like to do is make sure pages have the right source of information. If I see a page with false information and its source is protected, I will usually post on the Talk page and say that the said piece of information is incorrect. However, due to the block, that action is restricted. If a page doesn't have a protected source, I would go to the page and make it have the correct piece of information. But, yet again, I am blocked. Please may I have this block removed. As you didn't know, I am that guy who likes to have a joke around. However, I should of thought about my actions first and decided whether or not they were acceptable. This block was my fault and now I take back my damage to the enclopedia.

Decline reason:

I'm declinign this, because at this point, you're solely trying to joek around even with your unblock requests. Removing TPA at this time. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:20, 18 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This user is clearly just trolling at this point. To the next reviewing admin, please consider revoking talk page access. --Yamla (talk) 11:20, 18 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
