I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited appears to be an article about yourself. Writing about yourself is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians.

As this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. We require individuals to meet Wikipedia's definition of a notable person to accept articles about them. A page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. Hi; your page was deleted. You can contact the deleting administrator if you want to recover the text. The thing is that it was written promotionally throughout, not at all in the neutral style and tone that Wikipedia uses. It would have needed to be rewritten completely from scratch.

It sounded like the article might be about you or someone you know; you should just avoid trying to write about those subjects completely on Wikipedia. Thanks. AntiDionysius (talk) 23:11, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
