{{infobox film}} and executive producers
[edit]If you look at {{infobox film}}, you'll see that we don't list executive producers in film infoboxes, only full producers. It's not an obvious thing, but please don't continue adding them. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 21:02, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
- My mistake; thanks. --Ggent (talk) 21:03, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
- I guess somewhere along the line, a decision was made to limit the number of people listed, and some arbitrary cut-off was needed. Anyway, like I said, it's hardly an obvious rule. Thanks for fixing the articles with improper credits, though. I usually go by what Variety says, but it's not easy to verify the more obscure stuff. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 21:08, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:William J Abbott.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:William J Abbott.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi, a friendly question. Do you have a conflict of interest with respect to Crown Media Holdings or its employees? shoy (reactions) 17:50, 20 October 2017 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for January 4
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Nicole Hansen, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Pray for Rain (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:00, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
Peter Iacono moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Peter Iacono, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. WP:ROUTINE announcements of hirings/firings do not demonstrate notability. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
