Mabel Loomis Todd
[edit]Do you have citations for your wonderful biographical additions to Mabel Loomis Todd? The article is desperately in need of specific footnotes. --Midnightdreary (talk) 00:08, 12 June 2018 (UTC)
Hi Midnight, Most of the information is from "Mabel Loomis Todd: Her contributions to the Town of Amherst" by her daughter, Millicent Todd Bingham. I have listed that in the references but I still need to figure out how to footnote the quote. Julie Dobrow, of Tufts university, has done a lot of research and written a couple of books about Mabel and Millicent, and she has a page (I think with the Amherst Historical Society) which has some good information.--Gideon279 (talk) 23:13, 15 June 2018 (UTC)
- Hello again, Gideon! Footnotes can be tricky but are easy to learn. Might I recommend you attempt to emulate the citation that's already used in the article? If you look carefully, you should see all the "ref" notations easily. --Midnightdreary (talk) 23:50, 15 June 2018 (UTC)
