- Please stop adding superfluous Hitler references on year pages. It is not notable to note the 100th anniversary of some date in Hitler's life on the pages for 1989 or 2033. Nutiketaiel (talk) 20:20, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
Re: Dates in Alien (film)
[edit]Please do not repeatedly insert the date 2037 into the plot summary of Alien (film). Neither the film nor the final draft of the script give any specific date for the setting of the story. You can read in this archived discussion (and this one) that numerous editors examined the films and associated sources to see if there was any verifiable date for the setting, and none found any. If you have some reliable source that provides a date for the setting of Alien, I'll ask you to please present it on the article's talk page at Talk:Alien (film). Otherwise, please don't insert it into the article again. If you continue to do so, I may have to treat your edits as vandalism, which I would rather not do. --IllaZilla (talk) 22:39, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
For year pages, births belong in the 'Births' section: please stop adding Barack Obama's birth to the 'Events' section. --CalendarWatcher (talk) 02:21, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
