Dr. Mohammad Al-Hashemi[edit]

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, the article was deleted after an expired prod, due to concerns of the tone and referencing. If you feel that the subject is indeed notable, then I do encourage you to try again. My advice would be to do the following

  1. Create an article named Mohammad Al-Hashemi, but perhaps start in your own userspace, like say User:Glance2002/Mohammad Al-Hashemi. Once the article is more well developed, it can be moved into main article space. If you would like I can give you a start by moving the deleted article here. Note that the title of the article does not include 'Dr.', as these are not generally used in an article's title.
  2. Include only one image, more images are discouraged, especially with so little text. It looks like an image gallery instead of an article.
  3. Collect reliable and verifiable sources for the notability of the subject. For example, links to articles in newspapers or on news websites. Try to stay away from blogs.
  4. If the article is prodded again, just remove the prod. The article could still be deleted, but it would then be in AFD.

Let me know if I can be of further help. Thank you. Plastikspork (talk) 00:31, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Glance2002! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 873 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

The article Mohammed Alhashimi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable quack doctor

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
