I am the author of Saipan Sucks, which is no longer published. Footnote 18 on the Wikipedia page is a news article from one of the local Saipan newspapers and is utterly irrelevant to anything contained in the essay. It was probably posted by someone with an ax to grind. Specifically, David Sosebee was referred to in the news article at issue. Sosebee was sanctioned by the US District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands for lying. He lied to the Court of Appeals as well and left the practice of law to teach SCUBA diving in his home state of Texas. I resent that somebody posted this news article referring to me as a footnote to the Wikipedia entry on Saipan Sucks. The news article has nothing to do with the essay and I would like it removed since it specifically names me.
