Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Nick Rahall, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. As was explained to you already, material that is reflected in the text is properly reflected in the lede. Stop removing it on the basis that it is already stated in the text below. Also, as already indicated to you, the refs in the text are sufficient -- they need not be repeated in the lede. Also, please stop deleting material on the basis -- untrue -- that it is "libel", when it is nothing of the sort. Finally, please stop making deletions of this ilk unless you have consensus for the deletions, in the ongoing conversation taking place. Epeefleche (talk) 20:57, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Did you bother to read the talk page before you reverted my edits? It is difficult to WP:GF with your edits. Hammerpleasedonthurtem (talk) 21:08, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Hammer -- you seem familiar. Have you edited wp under another user name? And/or as an IP? Epeefleche (talk) 21:12, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I am not Hammer and do not know them. However, I did remove part of the lede and cited my reason as it was already stated in the main article (re anti-boycott resolution) - which I did in good faith. Both that and editing the page after clicking directly to the History page (from Twitter's @congress-editors) before reading the Talk page or noticing the banner ref to WP:BLP/N are admittedly my mistakes and I apologize. I appreciated your mention of WP:lede in your more recent undo of Hammer's edit which showed that my rationale for my previous edit was not applicable. 70.44.136.245 (talk) 22:30, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
