Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Harfield, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent contributions, such as your edit to the page Jiddu Krishnamurti, seem to be advertising or for promotional purposes. Wikipedia does not allow advertising. For more information on this, please see:

Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Satori. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Your additions of links to self-published articles by Peter Eastman appear to be promotional. Please seeWP:NOT, WP:RS/SPS and WP:UGC for more info. JimRenge (talk) 15:15, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

my edits

[edit]

Hello JimRenge Thank you for your information about my edits - I understand the concerns but in all cases I'm only adding stuff which is not available elsewhere and I do have considerable expertise in these subjects. However - if this still doesn't cut it, perhaps you let me know how I could submit links and text for the required approval. The Krishnamurti link adds much to the objectivity of page as there is no serious criticism of him currently available other than minor attempts at character assassination. Thanking you in advance Harfield (talk) 19:44, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Try to find peer-reviewed secondary sources, such as academic journals and books. JimRenge (talk) 19:51, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
