Blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet
You have been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet of G.-M. Cupertino (talk · contribs · global contribs · page moves · user creation · block log) that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not. If you are not a sock puppet, and would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. |

Request reason:
I'm former User:Mamikonian. It's the second time I get blocked by no apparent or at least solid reason. I was working without any trouble until I made some edits on English articles and I got blocked. Now I was going fine once again until I started getting some troubles acceeding a few days ago because apparently someone else had used the same public computer I'm using, someone I was accused of being the first time around. Now someone blocked me again. What's going on? How can I avoid these troubles? How can I edit without being harrassed in this manner? Isn't there a mechanism for people to be allowed to edit with their accounts despite the IP blocking or with its use by someone else entirely different? Thank you. Whoever the other user is, he or she's causing too many troubles to third parties, more than the case deserves.
Decline reason:
User:Mamikonian is blocked indefinitely. I don't see anything removing this block or permitting you to edit while the block is in place; if you wish to point us to such a thing, please do. --jpgordon::==( o ) 18:02, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
That's what I'm trying to explain, I was blocked twice without any other reason than an IP issue, with the accusation of being another editor. And above that they even authoritarily blocked my access to the talk page. For that reason I request both to be unblocked.
Decline reason:
Admitting you created an account to circumvent a block is not a reason to unblock you, quite the opposite. I suggest you appeal your case to the Ban Appeals Subcommittee for a thorough investigation. Beeblebrox (talk) 21:02, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
