Speedy deletion nomination of HotelOnline
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on HotelOnline, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Please disclose your association
[edit]Hello. Please review WP:PAID and follow the directions to disclose publicly your association with HotelOnline. You agreed to do this (it's a requirement in Wikimedia:Terms of Use) when you created this account. Thank you. ~Anachronist (talk) 01:19, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- You needn't reply on my talk page. It's best to keep conversations in one place. Thanks for declaring your connection but... The tag you put on Draft:HotelOnline is a tag that goes on article talk pages, not articles. I have moved it for you. Please see WP:PAID and follow the instructions in the "How to disclose" section, where it says "supply a clearly visible list of their paid contributions on their main user page. The template {{paid}} can be used for this." ~Anachronist (talk) 17:11, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Anachronist. Thanks for the clarification. I am not a paid contributor, but I am definitely closely associated with the company. H (talk) 17:17, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- Your username suggests you are the Executive Chairman, which strongly suggests that you receive compensation from the company. The term "paid contributor" means that (1) you are being paid by the company and (2) you are editing in the company's behalf. Those two facts are independent. If they are both true, you are a paid contributor. It doesn't mean you are being paid to edit, it just means that you are editing about the company that pays you. ~Anachronist (talk) 17:36, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- Anachronist Got it. So with this one, it should be ok, right?
H (talk) 17:57, 22 January 2018 (UTC)This user, in accordance with the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use, discloses that they have been paid by HotelOnline for their contributions to Draft:HotelOnline. Company Founder

Speedy deletion nomination of Channel manager
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Channel manager requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.
