You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: .  ... discospinster talk 16:53, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I accidentally undid that edit, I've contributed many times Hunter b1107 17:03, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

None of your contributions from this account suggest you want to build an encyclopedia. I simply do not believe you that you accidentally reverted those edits. PhilKnight (talk) 17:51, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I think that an indefinite block is way too long. I was messing around with the revert feature and it wont happen again Hunter b1107 17:07, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry. I made a mistake. I was messing around and i shouldn't have. it won't happen again Hunter b1107 18:15, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Earlier, you said it was an accident. Now you say it was a mistake rather than an accident. This makes it hard to believe you. Nor have you addressed your logged-out vandalism. Yamla (talk) 18:21, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I made a mistake before. I shouldn't have messed around. I was on my school's IP address earlier too. I promise this will never happen again. I have learned my lesson

Decline reason:

I think that you need to mature as a person and editor before we can permit you to participate here. There is nothing wrong with this; not everyone immediately has the requisite skills and knowledge needed to participate here. I would suggest you return once you are graduated from school and are better able to demonstrate your understanding of policies and instructions, as well as your skills. 331dot (talk) 14:08, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This unblock request has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate and confirm that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:

Once you have decided on the article you will propose improvements to:

    1. Click the Edit tab at the top of that article;
    2. Copy the portion of the prose from that article that you will be proposing changes to. However:
      • do not copy the "infobox" from the start of the article (i.e., markup like this: ...),
      • do not copy any image placement code (i.e., markup like this: ),
      • do not copy the page's categories from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: ),
      • and do not copy the stub tag (if there) from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: Foo stub);
    3. Click edit at your talk page and paste at the bottom under a new section header (like this: == Article title ==) the copied content but do not save yet;
    4. Place your cursor in the edit summary box and paste there an edit summary in the following form which specifies the name of the article you copied from and links to it (this is required for mandatory copyright attribution): "Copied content from exact Name of Article; see that article's history for attribution."
    5. You can now save the page. However, if your edits will include any citations to reliable sources (which they should), add the following template to the end of your prose: reflist-talk. Once you have added the template, click Publish changes.
  • Now, edit that content. Propose significant and well researched improvements by editing the selected portion of the article. Please note that we are not looking for basic typo corrections, or small unreferenced additions; your edits should be substantial, and reflect relevant policies.
  • When you are done with your work, re-request unblocking using unblock and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
    • If we (including the original blocking admin) are convinced that your proposed edits will hopefully improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.

If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "your question here ~~~~" to your talk page. Thank you. --Yamla (talk) 23:20, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Yamla you can look at the contributions on my other account AGoodSongNeverDies, where I made lots of good contributions. Hunter b1107 23:44, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No, definitely not. I'm not going to consider an account where every single edit violated WP:EVADE and WP:SOCK and frankly, it's deeply inappropriate of you to suggest that. --Yamla (talk) 00:00, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla Im not exactly sure what you want me to do- do you simply want me to edit an article?? I mainly fix grammar errors Hunter b1107 00:05, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Follow the instructions. There's no chance you'll be unblocked just to fix grammar errors, given your behaviour so far. We want to see a significant and well-researched improvement. Take your time. You are on thin ice here. Make sure you thoroughly read and understand the instructions. I don't expect you to be asking questions like this, questions already answered above. There's no time limit, but you will be judged by how you follow through here, and I'm very close to rescinding the offer. --Yamla (talk) 00:09, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm a bit confused as to what you want me to do, still. Do you want me to find an article, research, and then add what i want to add on my talk page? Hunter b1107 00:16, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
i think i did what you told me to Hunter b1107 01:46, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Yamla is this what you meant? I'm assuming the information about Zelda's name being inspired by F Scott Fitzgerald's wife would be important Hunter b1107 00:21, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

No. You have failed to follow the instructions even remotely. And why on earth are you copying content from another site?!? You either lack sufficient competence to be considered for unblocking or you haven't bothered to read and comprehend the instructions. Stop. Step back. Take your time. I'll give you one more chance. You don't have to do it today. If you need to take a day or a week or a month to read and understand the instructions, do so. But if you are unable to understand them, if you are unable to follow them, Wikipedia isn't the place for you. --Yamla (talk) 10:37, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
"Copy the portion of the prose from that article that you will be proposing changes to." oh.......... i misread that as find an article ONLINE ......but still i dont understand why we're doing this when there's literally proof that i can make good edits Hunter b1107 13:46, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I am still really confused. can you simplify it? your intructions make no sense Hunter b1107 13:47, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I revoke my offer. You clearly lack sufficient competence at this time. Perhaps you'll be ready in a few years, after you have demonstrated a significant number of constructive edits on another project. --Yamla (talk) 13:49, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No, please, i'm trying. Hunter b1107 13:55, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I have made constructive edits on my alternate account. This really makes no sense. I don't understand why you can't seem to understand my point of view. Not to mention your tone is really quite rude. For a wikipedia admin you sure are rude Hunter b1107 13:56, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
And i'm currently trying to find an article to propose changes to, now that i've reread your instructions. I don't know if this counts but i've done over 800 edits on the Just Dance Wikia (yes i know it's dumb) https://justdance.fandom.com/wiki/User:InsertMemeHere Hunter b1107 13:59, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
And i was also under the impression that there was a rule that allowed new accounts as a fresh start. I can't remember exactly but i saw an admin say something about in in AN/I Hunter b1107 14:04, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You are not eligible for a clean start. Take some time away from Wikipedia. Make constructive edits elsewhere. In a few years, once you have graduated from school and can point to a significant number of constructive edits elsewhere, but not before then, come back. We've wasted enough time here. This is the end of the line for now. --Yamla (talk) 17:20, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
please, i won't cause trouble. I linked my Wikia account where i have made tons of edits. you can also look at my other account here. I've learned my lesson Hunter b1107 17:25, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No. --Yamla (talk) 17:28, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
there's literally proof of me making good contributions. Hunter b1107 17:30, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Stop wasting our time. If you continue like this, the odds of you ever getting unblocked go down substantially. --Yamla (talk) 17:30, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
is there even anything i can do to get unblocked?? i've shown you proof of me making good contributions but somehow that's not good enough! don't you think that an indefinite block is a bit too much? Hunter b1107 17:33, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No. Which part of no are you not hearing? You are deliberately and maliciously wasting our time and I will now oppose any unblock from you in a few years, once you graduate and have made good contributions elsewhere. I'm also locking down this page to prevent you wasting any more of our time here. --Yamla (talk) 17:34, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
