Hi, I'm with RCP and your edits to the Indonesia files keep popping up in my Huggle feed. I was wondering what you were doing to all these files? You're not in trouble I just am trying to sort things out here... Thanks! Bped1985 (talk) 13:17, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There has been some discussion about the status of the Indonesia currency images (see talk pages), and it occurred to me that many are 50+ years old and are public domain in Indonesia anyway, so I am tagging them accordingly.
Ah, ok. It just struck me as odd because there was an edit popping up from you like every 5 seconds, which is typical of someone who is spamming. But you're actually helping! Thank you! Bped1985 (talk) 13:30, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Image template modifications

[edit]

Why did you remove all the templates on every single file about Indonesia and replace it with that {{PD-Indonesia}} template? This is very inappropriate, and needs to be reverted immediately, because it removed important information about the file central to our Wikipedia:Image use policy and other related policies towards files, even if they are in the public domain. Furthermore, you should read the directions more carefully, because such tags/templates as related to copyright or public domain material belong in the section/field so labeled "permission" located inside the {{information}} template underneath the "Licensing" header. :| TelCoNaSpVe :| 09:11, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is discussion of this over at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions#Public domain in Indonesia. I'd appreciate it if you could discuss your reasoning. – Quadell (talk) 11:25, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
