Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Caliphate has been reverted, as it appears to have removed content from the page without explanation. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. The recent edit you made to Caliphate constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to remove content. Thank you. Wikieditor06 (talk) 19:31, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove content from pages without explanation, as you did with this edit to Caliphate. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Wikieditor06 (talk) 19:42, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Caliphate. Cheers. Trance addict - Armin van Buuren - Oceanlab 23:01, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as the one you made to Caliphate. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. ~ Troy (talk) 23:16, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Page blanking is not a way to "fix" the article. ~ Troy (talk) 23:29, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Dispute resolution, or in this case, by not continuing your edits as they can be classified as disruptive—when your edit is reverted once by someone, then you can't simply ignore it. Otherwise, you'll fall into an edit war. I strongly suggest that you discontinue page blanking, deletion, or entire replacements until there is a consensus that you have with the other article contributers. ~ Troy (talk) 23:40, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Before dispute resolution I suggest that you discuss your concerns at Talk:Caliphate and see what others think. CambridgeBayWeather Have a gorilla 23:42, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, no, not quite disputed. Also, the bots were not the only ones who reverted your edits, so you should indeed write your concerns on the talk page, and if you still can't reach a consensus, then you use dispute resolution.
Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves, though. You should first bring it up on the talk page instead of continuing your reverts. ~ Troy (talk) 23:50, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I will repeat my earlier statement only once more: it needs to be neutral. Personal opinions and original research simply cannot count as "reliable". ~ Troy (talk) 23:59, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have the time nor the interest to deal with all of this. I'm sorry, but your going to have to take it with the contributers of the article and not with me as I was simply reverting your edits which were not based on any consensuses. ~ Troy (talk) 00:17, 14 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 00:00, 14 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Talk:Caliphate

[edit]

I have replied at Talk:Caliphate#Ahmadiyya Caliphate, 1908-present. You need to give it time. There may be editors that are interested in presenting their views but are not online right now. It will need to wait for Wikipedia:Consensus which may take several days and in extreme cases months. Until you made your views known there was only one person and nobody agreeing with them which does not really form a consensus. CambridgeBayWeather Have a gorilla 00:09, 14 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
