You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Snowflake91 (talk) 11:35, 27 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  NeilN talk to me 14:33, 28 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox dates

[edit]

Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. Welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions were not quite right. When updating statistics within the infobox of a footballer, please make sure you update the timestamp at the same time, so that both readers and fellow editors know when the information was last updated.

You can do this by replacing the existing timestamp within the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update= or |ntupdate= parameter for international stats. For articles that use a DMY date format, use five tildes (~~~~~), or for MDY dates, use {{subst:mdytime}}. This will generate the specific time the update was made.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you, Mattythewhite (talk) 22:53, 29 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is having standards about footballer article. Watch here and stop editing the career statistics arbitrarily. If you think there has any problems, you can talk here. - Pinineeon (talk) 09:13, 4 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The rules also change when you go into Edit and change them, if there's no other section in that section, and all the players shouldn't have to do that means they didn't break Wikipedia's unique autonomy. Should I? Was this place like that? - issue0501 (talk) 09:36, 4 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username John B123, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've proposed an article that you started, An Chan-gi, for deletion because it meets one or more of our deletion criteria, and I don't think that it is suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. If you wish to contest the deletion:

  1. Edit the page
  2. Remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}

[edit]

Issue0501 (talk) 09:33, 23 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

-- Pinineeon (talk) 17:09, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Issue0501 (talk) 20:45, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
-- Pinineeon (talk) 04:16, 14 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Issue0501 (talk) 04:41, 14 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about Cheon Seong-hoon

[edit]

Hello Issue0501, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

While your contributions are appreciated, I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Cheon Seong-hoon, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cheon Seong-hoon.

Deletion discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. Our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. The most common issue in these discussions is notability, but it's not the only aspect that may be discussed; read the nomination and any other comments carefully before you contribute to the discussion. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|North8000}}. And don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!
