Dr. Dagogo is notable according to Wikipedia notability guidelines for politicians, but you need to use internal citations to reference any information you use. Additionally, a wikipedia article is not a free advertisement for Dr. Dagogo. If there is going to be an article about him then it needs to be written in a neutral point of view. Once those things are taken care of, it will be good to submit.
